Magistrate
To any in Fish Dam District

Harry Good complains that John P. Robinson entered his house forcibly in his absence, and took from thence the flank and door and exposed his things to injury. You will please cause the arrest of this man and hold him to sufficient bail for his appearance at Court. I know not the circumstances under which he broke into this mans house beyond his statement. He says he bought the plank and door for which he was to give him $3.00 but had not paid him. The lock on the door belongs to Harry. The charge against him would be for breaking into the house. Whatever cause Robinson may have had he had no right to break into the house. There is a legal way of reaching the man Harry for what he owed him and the sooner this is understood the better it will be for the community. You will take Harry's statement and act accordingly.
Yours Respectfully
