necessary no visiting or receiving of visitors during work hours visitors will not be permitted to visit or congregate on said farm without special permition from the proprietor J.J. Polk no live stock guns or pistols will be allowed on said farm with out special permition A fine of one dollar will be assessed for Every violation of any of the stipulations of this contract or A violation of any plane well understood order in regard to work on said farm the said Polk agrees to keep said waggons in repair and oxen at his one Expence for the general use of the plantation all the lost time either from sickness or other wise to be reported weakly or daily and the said Polk is to keep an account of the same which is to be deducted in A final settlement at the end of the year at such price per day as labor was worth at the time it was lost
