Know all men by these presents That I of the county of  Sate of am  held and firmly bound to the united States of America in the sum of   
Dollars for payment of which I   bind my self heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents in the contract that I am     to furnish the persons whose names are subjoind freed laborers quarters fuel substantial and healthy rations all nessary medical attendance and supplies in case of sickness and and the amount set opposite their respictive names per month during the continuance of this contract. The laborers to paid in full before the final disposal of the crop which is to be raised by them on the plantation in the county of which reside and state of tennessee

Know all men by these presents that we the freed laborers bind our selves to obey orders and work by orders not leving the plantation without leave Hannah virginia and henry [[?]] to have for victuals and clothes

These said freed men is to furnish their own clothse and pay their own Dotors bill
