the said George to work with other hands when ordered or desired by the said James McGuire - the said James McGuire is to have entire control and management on his plantation and the preparing cultivating and gathering the crop 
The said McGuire - to furnish, cabbin and firewood to be cut and hauled by the said George if necessary to furnish wagon on the plantation 
The cotton made to be gined and packed on said James McGuire's gin & [?]. 
The said McGuire - to have all the cotton seed that may come out of the crop. 
This contract is to commence the first day of January 1866 and close at the expiration of the said year.
