Article of agreement between Mac Webb of the 1st part & Sam Westbrook (cold) of the 2nd part. Mc Webb of the 1st part agrees to give Sam Westbrook the Sum of twenty dollars per month & furnish rations.
Sam of his part agrees to remain with said Mc Webb one month or longer until harvest times Ath the same rate of increase and obligates himself to do good work and obey all orders. Oct 22nd 1866
