There are different markings in column 3. One is ", and the other is ·· . In GHANA - The Axim Fort is above the The Brandenburg fort - was Fort Gross Fredericksburg - in Ghana, on the Gold Coast. Also Cape Three Points, Ghana, is SE of the fort (called Prince's Town's Fort). Did not find Cape Apolonia on a map.
