Mr. Rogers introduced Governor Kerr. Address by Governor Kerr. Judge Johnson next introduced Mr. Rogers, Vice President and Mr. Rogers made a response to Governor Kerr's address.

Mr. Rogers said that the Northern Indians have always wanted to come to Oklahoma because they have heard that the Indians here have lots of money and are the brightest and smartest Indians in the U.S. This is evidenced by the fact that we have sent representatives and Senators to the US Congress and this some other states have not done. Asked the Indians not to overstay their welcome.

Judge Johnson: happy to see so many delegates, Sorry he was late but the election kept him up late. Said he picked up Arcy in Tulsa. Asked that all delegates stand and state their tribe, name, and where they were from.
