If the above plans should be accomplished, it seems to me our organization should be well on its road to success, and if thus adequately financed, its organization upon a national basis could be rapidly completed.

I may be wrong and you and others of the organization may have better and more adequate solutions already advanced, but at any rate, I have gotten this off of my chest, so to speak.

I just read that your Gov. was not appointed Secy of the Interior. I suppose it was your wishful thinking on my part. I surely would like for you to come out for the Commissioner's job. Don't you think you could part that one?

My time is not long in the Indian Service so I would "bust a gut" for you.
