Burgess: Paradise, Montana Dear Mrs. Burgess: Many thanks for your letter, making inquiry about the convention date here in Oklahoma City. Since writing your letter, I am sure that you have already received the bulletin relating to the N.C.A.I. and the convention which is to be held here in Oklahoma City November 6-9. Under separate cover, we have mailed you several copies of the bulletin.In order that you may have sufficient copies of the bulletin, I am today mailing you another supply. We certainly hope that you, together with a good Montana delegation, can make arrangements to get to the convention. In that you are a member of the Executive Council, your transportation and hotel room expense will be defrayed by Oklahoma people. You should check as to the price of your railway and pullman ticket, both to and from Oklahoma City -- and let me know what the amount will be.
