Commission; 2, the readjustment of the U.S. Indian Service; 3, the consideration of special problems of certain Indian areas -- such as voting privileges among certain tribes that at this time are being denied the right to vote, taking of Indian lands for public use, the Alaskan Indian situation, and other special problems that may appropriately come before the convention.

The 9th: The morning and final session of the convention will be devoted to the adoption of a platform which will have been brought out after the deliberation of the convention delegates. Then, will follow the election of officers and councilors -- who compose the Executive Council -- to carry on the work of the NCAI for the following year. Sincerely yours,

Don Dwight
