Dear Mrs. Bronson:

Mrs. Cushing is now on a field trip in the south west, and I am writing to acknowledge your letter to her received this morning. I know that she will be sorry that it will be impossible for her to attend the Convention to which you refer.

I am writing to Mrs. H. T. Mercer, Sierra Vista Camp, Santa Fe, New Mecixo [[Mexico]], who is state chairman of Christian Relations to ask if she could attend or if she can appoint someone who can do so. I am also writing to Mrs. J. H. Walker, state president of 504 Dallas Street, Artesia, New Mexico for her help in this matter. We hope very much that it will be possible for us to have some one there.

It is always good to hear from you,

Very sincerely yours,
Nina Roberts
Associate Secretary
