It was attractive, but it was also a way to keep their property clean because a lot of times in New York City,

you know, walls are just scribbled on and it looks like a warzone.

So they found our graffiti murals as a solution to combat that problem, and we, in turn, developed a company from it.

We're called Tats Cru today, and what we do is, we go-- We travel around the world and around the country creating murals.

And In New York City we have over six, seven hundred murals throughout the city and school systems all over,

you know, New York City, and it sort of came about by accident, just by people in the local neighborhoods coming up to us

and commissioning us to do these murals saying, "Listen you guys. I like your guys' work."

None of the other graffiti artists write on your stuff, you know, so I might as well hire, commission you guys to do a mural on the side of my store and brighten up the neighborhood

and kill two problems in one." And since then, we've pretty much gone on to do work for Coca-Cola, Reebok,

we've done movies with Sean Connery, Robert De Niro, we do movie backdrops, videos.

We travel around the world. Actually, other members that are a part of Tats are leaving today for Portugal. There's an event happening in Portugal. So, we--

It's pretty exciting for us because we get to travel and show people - what we've always wanted to do.

I mean, we've always wanted to show people our artwork that was the purpose of painting on subways,

but the fun part of it now is that we are paid to do this, and it's become our careers, you know.

Life has sort of changed for us. What we did once at night, hidden, is now done in public, and we're being paid for it.

That wall -- We're actually working on that mural over to the right, your left I guess. And late at night, we'll be working on the subway when everyone's gone.

We've been watching it but they've been watching us. The funny thing is, they've actually put the motorman of that subway as his roommate; I think he's a spy.
