The souvenir coin and also the "Administration" medal worn by the Directors of the Fair on State occasions [[strikethrough]] while [[/strikethrough]] were designed by me and were not well cut. The former was cut at the US Mint and the latter by Tiffany of NY. The best die cutter I know of is M Lagrange of the French mint who unfortunately is not available unless you have someone going to Paris immediately. I am not gong or I would take it myself. On the whole, I don't see a better way than to employ Osborne of the Whiting M'f'g Co and let me superintend it as I would want to do in any case
