MUSEUM TO OPEN

Continued from Third Page

Three major California collectors - Theodore E. Cummings, Taft B. Schreiber and Hal B. Wallis - serve on the eight-man board.

Charles Millard, who recently left a curatorial position at the County Museum of Art, is now chief curator of the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden.

At first sight only minor quarrels can be had with this new complex which will add enormously to the capital's burgeoning art scene. A fuller report of this internationally important collection will be found in Sunday's Calendar section.
