Dear Sir
I have to return herewith the vouchers of Silas Outlaw, Sarah A Northcut and Wm T. [[?]] for correction as indicated in pencil marks in the margins of each sett.
It is only necessary that the owner of the building sign his name at bottom of voucher also no remarks were needed and to forward a sett by the owner of the building with school report and repetition of this kind will be avoided. 
It is desired that reports be forwarded before tenth of succeeding month. Please sign the enclosed vouchers as requested and return for payment
