Dear Sir, 

Enclosed please find enclosed contract and appropriations
in duplicate of school house to be built at Atalla Lee Co.

Please have Messrs Geo Mutch & Co sign the same as indicated in pencil marks, and after making the following addenda return to this office where the same will be forwarded to the Commissioner for approval. 
Sir,  [[?]] in the contract in pencil marks, the date of agreement and the time for completing building and in the specifications state the number of windows, number and size by ht of glass -  These windows are not seen to be sufficient for such large rooms [[illegible]].
