Sir,
Referring to your communication of 7th instant to the General Superintendent of Schools respecting return transportation for certain teachers therein named, you are respectfully informed that in view of the fact that these teachers were sent to Alabama at the request of the late Supt. of Education with the understanding that return transportation would be furnished by the Bureau it has been decided to furnish such transportation, except in the case of Mr Aldon Emmons for whom transportation has already been furnished
