Greenville Ala. June 21, 1867. C.W. Buckley, State Supt. Education. [[stamp]] The National Archives of the United States [[/stamp]] My dear Sir: I enclose today the remaining bills for the schoolhouse. They are all right. You have Mr. Oglesby's bill $128.59, in your hands now. I have made the 2nd enclosed bill payable to me, as I was obliged to advance money in some cases, in order to get the work done. I have done the best I could with all the bills of expense, and I think we have a neat, pretty house for the price, and the place. Please send me vouchers, at once that I may settle up this business before leaving town. Yours Truly, C.H. Adams
