The money is in the hands of our Supt. at Atlanta E.A. Ware for the purchase of the Taladega property. Please notify the trustees to prepare the deed at once and Ware will visit Montgomery and together with you settle up the whole matter. 
Deed - to Edgar Ketchum of New York City; Warner of the American Missionary Association incorporated under the laws of the state of N.B. and to his successors and assigns in office in trust for the education of the youth of Alabama without distinction of color.  
Whenever the deed is ready the money is.
