Julius Hill of Livingston. & Philip Kennedy of Greensboro were discharged the last of May Mrs Bowman likes the place of Hill. The school has decreased of Greenesboro so that Kennedy is not needed.  I shall direct Mr May to let him have what tuition money he has on hand, until he receives his pay._ 
The probabilities are that but little will be received for tuition until fall, as the amount of money in circulation is decreasing & they are troubled to get enough to maintain their families.
