It is a free school, open to all; no applicant has ever been rejected, and every means in our power has been used to increase the number of scholars. Books have been supplied to all who are not able to provide for themselves. Many have been prevented from attending by the want of proper clothing. This want we are now able to supply in part, through the liberality of friends in New York.
