and should you order plans endeavor to do so as early as practicable so as to give time to send forwards sketches in advance of the finished drawings.

If the cost of building there and here are not very widely different I have no objection to making my commission on the cost there or actual cost provided it shall be contracted soon so that I may not have to wait too long for my money.

You can judge of the relative cost then and here by a comparison of prices.

Common Brick are worth here from 8 to 9 dollars per m. masons labor about $41 Com. laborers $2 per day. Carpenters
