Re: Symposium Panelist Letter of Agreement for "Chicano Expressions"

Dear Mel:

This letter constitutes an agreement between INTAR Gallery and you as a guest panelist for the symposium on Chicano/Mexican-American Art.

The symposium date is Monday, April 14, 6:00 p.m. at INTAR Gallery, 420 West 42nd St., 2nd floor, New York City. Your fee is $700, and in exchange you will do a 10-15 minute presentation on Chicano/Mexican-American art, as descried further in the attached letter. You will be responsible for your transportation expenses and we will try to provide accommodations in New York City for you and your wife from April 11th through the 15th.

The fee will be paid in full on April 14, 1986.

If these terms are agreeable to you please sign and return one copy to the gallery, retaining the other one for your records.

I am pleased that we will be working together on this valuable and exciting project.
