October 14, 1988

Dear Artist:

The exhibition, "PRINTS: WASHINGTON," that you are in, will be closing at The Phillips Collection on Sunday, October 23. You will need to come pick up your work on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 26, between 12 noon - 2 pm or between 4 pm - 7 pm at 1621 21st Street--not at the museum. This building is one block down and on the opposite side of the street from the museum.

If you cannot pick up your work at the scheduled time, you must call me at 357-2151 to make other arrangements. We cannot hold your work here after October 26.

I greatly appreciate your time and cooperation with this, and would like to express our gratitude for your efforts in making this a successful exhibition.

Sincerely,

Linda Johnson
