NAUL OJEDA was born in Uruguay in 1939. He studied at the School of Fine Arts of the University of Uruguay. Selected solo shows include: Institute for Policy Studies, Franz Bader Gallery and International Monetary Fund Gallery, all in Washington, D.C.; FORUM Gallery, Atlanta, GA; Cody Gallery, Santa Fe, NM; Al Andar, Athens, Greece; Cayman Gallery, NYC. JOSE LUIS ORTIZ was born in 1945 in Mexico City, Mexico. He has resided in New York since 1977. He studied at the National School of Fine Arts, School of Design and Molino Santo Domingo, all in Mexico City, and at the Art Students League, Printmaking Workshop and Russell Papermaking Studio in New York City. Selected exhibitions: Institute of Fine Arts and National School of Fine Arts, Mexico City; and in New York at the Art Students League, New York University, Cayman Gallery (1st, 2nd and 3rd Latin American Graphic Arts Biennial), Soho Graphic Arts Workshop, Queens College, Pratt Graphics Center; Center for Inter-American Relations, Lincoln Gallery and the American Institute of Graphic Arts. Other group exhibitions include: 6th Latin American Graphic Arts Biennial, San Juan, Puerto Rico; Fondo del Sol, Washington, DC; Articule (Projects International), Montreal, Canada; Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; and Altos de Chavon, La Romana, Dominican Republic.
