Parish Gallery is designed to show the public the many diverse disciplines of contemporary visual art and their related concepts. The primary focus of the gallery is the work of African-rooted artists of North America, Haiti, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. By juxtaposing the works of the artists, Parish gallery offers a unique opportunity to trace differences as well as commonality in concept. The essence of this commonality can also be observed in the work of other artists Parish gallery represents. Media include acrylic, oil, wood, bronze, marble sculpture, pottery, glass, photography, works on paper and installations. All works are unique in individuality. The gallery targets works of art for the beginning collector through the experienced art buyer.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Periodically, special lectures and poetry readings are held in the gallery, Also, the gallery has hosted receptions for notable entertainers.
