Dear Eleanore,

Very glad we had the chance to get together in New York during my last trip and to discuss the possibility of an Indiana show with you. Please forgive my long delay in writing, but I have been extremely busy with the gallery since my return. We have had a successful Chamberlain show and we have just opened what I feel is a most important Westermann exhibition. As discussed in New York, I would like to have an Indiana show this season at Dilexi Gallery. Right now I have an opening immediately after Christmas, for a show that would run through most of January. The gallery will assume shipping expenses as well as any expenses connected with the exhibition. We would like to work as close to the Stable as possible in making arrangements for this proposed exhibit and future shows. What working basis do you suggest we make?

As we discussed previously, Dilexi would like to handle Bob's work exclusively on the Coast. However, please understand that I feel it would be to the advantage of all of us that his work be seen in any important West Coast Museum show or any important private gallery group show, such as the present exhibit at Dwan.
