Dear Mrs. Ward,

As agreed in New York enclosed please find a cheque amounting to $3.750,- ($5,000, - less 25%) for two paintings by Robert Indiana. Pleas arrange to send all paintings for my Indiana exhibition to my above address as soon as they are ready.
Immediately after my return to Düsseldorf I started with the organization of the show. The Museum in Krefeld is most interested to take over the exhibition after Eindhoven. This Museum resides in a building by Mies Van der Rohe and its director is wellknown in Germany for his first class exhibitions. I would appreciate very much to have the paintings here in Düsseldorf on January 7th, 1966. -
The director of the Stedelijk museum in Amsterdam whom I contacted immediately, also wants to see the paintings as soon as they have arrived here.

I am looking forward very much to this exhibit myself and I am glad that all difficulties have been cleared in the end.

Wish you Merry Christmas and a happy New Year I want to thank you again for your co-operation.

Very sincerely Yours,
