Dear Mr. John:

Being as you are regional secretary of the National Congress of American Indians the Lummi Business Council would like to have you ask the National Congress of American Indians if they could please change their date of meeting to coincide with the date of the Lummi Stommish Water Carnival If the National Congress of American Indians would meet on the days preceding the Stommish week-end then they would be free to enjoy the show given by the Water Carnival.

Yours truly,
