The National Congress of American Indians will hold its Sixth Annual Convention at Rapid City, South Dakota, September 21 to 24, inclusive.

I have the honor to extend to you an invitation to address our convention at two p.m. September 22, or on any other date during the convention suitable to your convenience. Will you please let me know if you can attend.

For your information, I am enclosing a booklet which will give you an idea of the aims and purposes of our organization.
