Respectfully returned. If this case has already been adjudicated by Capt. Evans I see no reason why it should be tried again. But if there was any informality in the trial before Capt. Evans and if justice was not done the Freedman Bullock Investigate the case and report the result to these Hd. Qrs. for decision of the Superintendent
