Supt. States that John Service (colored), a free boy, was bound by the Court previous to the rebellion to Mr James Polk. His mother now wishes him bound to her brother Hinton Suggs blacksmith. Mr Polk wishes to bind the boy out against his will and wishes of his mother. Ask for instructions.
