Encloses copy of testimony in case of Miley White (Freedmen) V.S. Jas Price (White) and states that the Defat was notified to pay judgment within ten days or gives reasons for not doing so which he failed to do  Requests that he may be ordered to collect by force.

Respectfully returned.  Notify Defdt Jas Price that if he does not comply with the judgment ordered in this case within (3) three days that he will subject himself to arrest and confinement in Military prison in this place.
Enforce the arrest if the judgment is not complied with.

States that information has been received by him that instructions have been given to the Officers or Teachers at Oxford to have all Freedmen and children vaccinated at the expense of the Government or Bureau.
Wishes instructions to that effect as the Small Pox is prevalent
