Respectfully returned to Capt. Jones - Having carefully revised the testimony in this case, I find the claim of Pltff sustained.

No proof having been offered by Defts that the labor of Ptff and family has not been performed - Neither does the Defdt show proof that Ptff and family were not entitled to the wages for the labors performed - Therefore according to Law and the testimony I render judgement in favor of Ptff to recover for himself eight dollars per month, for his wife five dollars per month - for his daughter Lucinda five dollars per month - for his daughter Milly (3) three dollars per month - for his son Buck (3) three dollars per month and for his daughter Betty (2) two dollars per month. Time to be computed - four (4) months and (14) fourteen days (according to the testimony of both parties there is no dispute as to time.

The amount due each is as follows viz $. c.

Respectfully forwarded to Bvt. Col. A.G. Brady Supt Central District with the request tat a decision be given in his case if it is a proper one for the Asst.
