Respectfully re-forwarded. There is on this farm one infirm old man unable to do any work (6) six women, (2) of whom are sick and unable to work and are supplied with rations, the other four are supplied with rations by Mr. Granger who allows them pay at about (3) three dollars per month. The eleven children all belong to these women, one of whom has an infant not counted in the above eleven. The women do not enough work to justify Mr. Granger in rationing the children. Two of the children counted in last ration report (orphans) I bound to Mr. Granger yesterday (boy 9yrs old Girl 12 yrs). Should the farm be given up to Mr. Granger he desires that these women and children should be otherwise provided for also the old man. All of whom I would recommend be sent to the Hospital in Raleigh.

Respectfully returned. A simple statement of the number of Freedpeople supported on this farm, or the number living on it who are supported by Government, is all that is required.

The self supporting are not wanted. It could be difficult for me to give a correct report to the Asst. Commr from the endorsement on the other side of this paper.
