Resolution No. 37 Be it resolved that the National Congress of American Indians urges the Commissioner of Indian Affairs, pursuant to his commitment to the natives of Hydeburg to give them adequate police protection against invasion of their reservation by representatives of the Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company and Libby McNeil & Libby.
