RESOLUTION NO. 43

BE IT RESOLVED that the National Congress of American Indians urges the Congress of the United States to adopt legislation providing just payment of the so-called Apache prisoner-of-war claims.

Mr. Madrano moved that Resolution No. 43 be adopted. Motion was seconded by Mr. Badeke. Motion was agreed to.
