RESOULUTION NO. 55


WHEREAS, Various Tribes have been in the past and in the future will be asked by the Indian Service to use their own tribal funds in furthering projects on Indian Reservations and

WHEREAS, The Congress of the United States has from time to time appropriated tribal moneys for such uses various reservations

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Indian Office and the Congress of the United States are hereby memorialized the Indians affected full voice in the choice of projects contemplated for his reservations, and a voice in the amount of tribal moneys appropriated for their completion and that no tribal moneys be asked for no appropriated for projects or services to which the Indian tribes are entitled as American citizens and wards of the government.

Mr. Madrano moved that Resolution No. 55 be adopted. Motion was seconded by Mr. Lemery. Motion was agreed to.
