RESOLUTION NO. 3
BE IT RESOLVED that the NCAI endorses in principle the various so-called "Indian Rehabilitation" bills now pending before the Congress of the United States and urges the Senate Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs, before the end of the present session to break the bottle-neck that has prevented adoption of this legislation.

RESOLUTION NO. 4
BE IT RESOLVED that the NCAI urges the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Indian Affairs to call hearings on H.R.4941, the bill endorsed by NCAI for the repeal of discrimination against Indians with regard to the sale of liquor, before the end of the present session of Congress, and to recommend prompt passage of said legislation.

RESOLUTION NO. 5
BE IT RESOLVED that the NCAI commends Congressman Francis Case and the Committee on Public Lands of the House of Representatives for the Committee resolution requiring investigation of the Gunnery Range outrage on the Pine Ridge Reservation; that it further commends Commissioner of Indian Affairs Dillon Myer for promptly commencing said investigation; and urges the Congress of the United States to adopt legislation compensating the victims of said outrage for injuries wrongfully done to them by the military authorities.

RESOLUTION No. 6
BE IT RESOLVED that the NCAI urges the Commissioner of Indian Affairs to turn over to the Colorado River Indians buildings constructed upon the lands of said Indians by the Government of the United States, which buildings rightfully belong to said Indians,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this consideration be extended to other tribes that may be similarly affected.

RESOLUTION NO. 7
BE IT RESOLVED that the NCAI urges the Department of the Interior, if lands of the Colorado River Indians are to be used for re-settlement of the Navajos and/or any other tribes, that said land shall be used only after said Colorado River Indians have agreed to said use and based on adequate compensation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this consideration be extended to other tribes that may be similarly affected.

RESOLUTION NO. 8
BE IT RESOLVED that the NCAI opposes the passage of any legislation extending the period of time for which tribal lands may be leased.

RESOLUTION No. 9
BE IT RESOLVED that the NCAI objects to the extension to Indian Reservations of state jurisdiction over law and order except with the consent of the tribes affected thereby.

RESOLUTION NO. 10
BE IT RESOLVED that the NCAI endorses in principle Senate Bill 3436 and H.R.8193, which would make available to individual Indians the facilities of private credit as well as the governmental credit facilities  now available to them.
