Dear Elayne:

I finally got an answer from the American Archives and two zerox' of Jim Brooks working on his murals. Since the prints only cost $2.50 each, I thought it best to immediately order a copy of each. I stressed how important it is that we receive the prints immediately. Since they work so slowly at Smithsonian, I think we will have to keep our fingers crossed and hope that they arrive in time. I am sending you a zerox of their zerox' and a copy of the letter that accompanied them.

Everything else is going along smoothly. I set Joanny to work at Avery. She won't have any difficulty up there as they keep all the magazines together and on open stacks. She is a bright fine person.

The Hugo Weber Show is in relatively good shape. Some of the loans have already arrived. I have arranged to have the Loans from New York including Anne Weber's picked up and delivered here on March 11th. That will give us the week to hang the show. I also ordered the insurance to begin that day. The invitations just arrived and Bob is seeing that they go out as soon as possible.

I am looking forward to seeing you soon. My regards to Mr. Varian.

Sincerely,
