"Affidavit"

States that he worked in [[1st?]] Mich Cavalry as Reg't'l Blacksmith from July 1 ,1861 to Mch 10 1862, for which he received but $27. was employed by Thos Bullard Lt "A" Co. then A.Q.M. 

Also Affidavits of Scott Johnson and Gillison Smith that they believe statements of Jos. Fry to be true.  Sworn to before J. Dawson James Notary Public.
