Aug 25- Friday- no more than 6 hrs sleep. Diarrhea from Maalox has begun to stop, but Probanthine is very drying. Yesterday in Cambridge to a book shop with Walter & looked at Thames & Hudson arch series, which follows almost to letter the Braziller series. Was amused to open the Neutra (even less text than the Braziller) & find so much McCoy & op cits: 10 or so lines quoted at a time from me: "McCoy describes the house etc etc " several times. So they began with non-books to become non-non books. David's Schinder much displayed. Also Stafford's Sinan which he was writing at MacDowell Colony.

To Fortnum & Mason's for biscuits for night tea or train. Honey-Heath because they were cheapest. Paid [[strikethrough]] bill [[/strikethrough]] at club £17 something (I had sent $10 advance)(Will pay other meals in cash) then £6 changed to 70 francs
[250 [[times]] 6 = 15.00 = $15 = 70f 15⟌70 | 4 1/5
