TO: The Artists, Galleries and Collectors lending works to The Minneapolis Institute of Arts exhibition - October 17 - November 24, 1968.

FROM: Nina Kaiden/Caroline Lerner

The exhibition we are organizing for The Minneapolis Institute of Arts has grown to such exciting proportions that it merits a national tour to leading American museums.

Accordingly, we have already initiated bookings at several major institutions, and are establishing confirmed bookings through 1970. The dates on the enclosed loan forms reflect this change in goal, and we hope you will be as delighted as we are with the enormous potential of this show.

We do urgently need a photo and biography of each artist, and a photo of one of each artist's works. In many cases we have one, two or all of these items. Please send us immediately the missing item(s), which are indicated by the check mark(s) on the chart below.

If you are unable to supply either a portrait or good candid photo, please telephone us at PL 9-1800.
