Chas I am in the Grad School at Ill. State U.- They are giving me a chance to publish something re: Negro artists.
I want to include your speech to 2nd NCA Conference at Atlanta- You could come but I delivered it for you. It is very strong. I would like your OK. Already received O.K. from Betty re: hers which was in 1961- I think when she came here- It was in Freedomways. I am using Marion Perkins' too. It will be called "Occasional Papers on The Negro (Black) in Art, Principally Keynote Speeches Delivered at The National Conference of Artists, 1959-1969
