Ms Georgia O'Keeffe
Abiqui, New Mexico

Dear Ms. O'Keeffe:

For many years I have wanted to see you again, partly to renew old acquaintances, mostly to see what you are doing and tell what I myself am doing. The time of your show in San Francisco, with everyone demanding your time and attention did not seem the proper occasion. I wonder if I may come to see you soon -- together with a young artist, a woman, who owes a great deal to you and wants to see you also.

I shall be in New Mexico (for the Tamarind Board meeting) in the middle of March and wonder if Sunday, March 19th would be convenient for you.

Looking forward to your reply,
sincerely,
Peter Selz
