Thank you for your invitation. I'm sorry I could not get to your opening, but I had to be in Detroit, where I have a show going, or had one - I believe it ended yesterday.

But I did get by during the week to see your new works & I certainly enjoyed these latest paintings. The work has matured a great deal, which means you have been tending the furnace.
