P.S. Re: St. Paul Convention

President Johnson appointed Nelle Heard B ibo of Albuquerque to be in charge of registration but I do not know if she will be able to attend the convention or not, however, it will be a big help if you will take enough large sheets of paper which are perforated into 3X5 card size so that the delegates' names and addresses will be typed and filled for immediate use at the convention.

If you will check the 7th convention file, you find yellow and green sheets showing the kind of paper I am talking about. You can also call Alma Curry and find out where the sheets can be purchased.

Before leaving Washington I planned on having the following simple form printed for our use at the convention:

Hello: I am (name)
I am a Indian (Cherokee) etc).
From: Vian, Oklahoma!

The sample I left in the office was circular. The time being so short, you might even mimeograph it, or call the American Publishing Co. and speak to Mr. Hasney, he will be glad to help you.

In the supply closet of the office are a couple boxes of the Bellingham Convention minutes. I was purposely saving them to sell at the St. Paul convention. We sold a number of the Rapid City ones at Bellingham. Will you please send these up to St. Paul so we can sell them for a dollar apiece?

If you have the time and haven't already done so, take a supply of mimeographed financial pledge sheets.

Perhaps include brackets around 'can' in the second paragraph to indicate that it was an addition to the original typed text.
