Mrs. Helen Peterson.
Denver, Colo,
Dear Miss Helen:

Enclosed are some letters I have received lately, some having information which I thought would be profitable and interesting to you. I have not answered any of there letters and please use your own judgement in answering them, however the letters from Mrs. Leona Chandler from Pawnee Okla, I think this letter should be called to the attention of Commissioner Emmons but use your own judgement in the matter.

Lucy and I are leaving in tow or three days to visit the Choctaws in Miss. and the Cherokee of N.C, we will be gone probably a week or ten days.

Hope you had success on your recent trip and I am wondering what excuse D'Arcy had in not meeting me in Albuquerque after I talked to him from Reno Nev. and he agreed to meet me in Albuquerque, I spent the whole day after arriving there at 6 A.M. trying to find him.

Hoping you find your family well upon your arrival home and let me hear from you.

Yours Sincerely,
W.W. Short.
