Major, I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Blanks used in claims of colored soldiers and their heirs against the Government Very Respectfully Your obdt. Servt. A Coats 1st Lieut V.R.C. Captain, I have the honor to state that two colored men, Jack Moy & Andrew Ebon, who had contracted to work for Walter Clark, have left his employ. The former is at Joel Moy's place in Marlborough.
