I have the honor to state that R.F. Lehman Attorney at Law has called at this office and requested me to inquire why his fees have not been sent to him, he states that he has returned (14) fourteen Treasury Certificates and has not yet received any of his fees

I learn from Col. Moore that a uniform system of keeping Books has been adopted in the Bureau Offices in this State. as I have not been supplied with a set of Books, I respectfully request information as to how I can procure the same, and also if it is necessary for me to copy all the records of this Office from the 1st of Jany 67 in the same set of Books.
